CSGO,R6,And Apex have different Pace of the game,when you compare csgo and r6 to apex/ov its different story
I Would recommend you to stick to your “Personal preference” Sensivity or take some time to find your Perfect sensivity from guides

My CSGO, R6 and Apex Legends sensitivities are all set to the same value. It’s all fine and dandy, but when it comes to Overwatch, I just can’t help but feel like it should be higher. Currently it’s 1200 DPI and 3.33 in-game sens, which is my CS sens converted.
I feel as if my reflexes are held back by the sensitivity when having to do big turns as Genji or other close-range heroes.

I’m aware it’s 90% personal preference, I’d just like some advice

Different games require different sensitivity levels…heck, even playing different roles or different characters within the same game might require different sensitivity levels…

I recommend watching the “Game, Set” series the OWL does (which describes different pro players settings on some of their favorite heroes and why they choose those settings) to get a general ballpark estimate on what sensitivity levels you should be using.
