I mean he says “up next” and there are definitely going to be dance emotes at the LE SSERAFIM collab, so seems like Ram made it. We’ll have to see if he gets a skin too, not sure exactly what K-pop Ram would look like

Idk if you saw it, but with the last set of Lesarawhatever skins, they did a joke of Ramattra looking at the dancing girls from a distance on one of their shorts for the skins. Mightve been a tiktok, idk, I saw it on yt, and it was actually kinda funny. So, for that reason alone, were probably getting a Ramattra kpop skin, when instead we couldve had another Kiriko one (I doubt previous girls are getting another kpop skin).

In OW lore, omnics have demonstrated complex emotions on numerous occasions.
Even forming the capacity to love and cherish others.
It would be quite far off, but we did get a Junkrat skin and he seemed unrelated too so anythings possible!

Yeah, it seems like a misunderstanding to the OW lore when it comes to the robots.
I thought they were granted “souls” when the Iris was activated after Aurora’s death and all the Omnics gained sentience. So they all technically feel things like fear and love, questioning their own existence etc. That’s why they started searching answers with religion, founding the Shambali Monestary and affiliated organizations in which both Zenyatta and Ramattra are students.
Not sure about physical pain but there are advancements in the OW world where prosthetics and other modified parts can relay information like the senses. Not sure if that is something Omnics themselves can feel or modified to feel. However, in the cinematic with Soldier 76 in Mexico, a gang was beating on an Onmic and it seemed it was suffering from their physical abuse.
Regardless of the lore, should Ramattra have a skin from a kpop group? Well, it would be weird because it seems skins would normally be associated to something akin with their personality or relates with the in-character interest, like Roadhog being a fan of the little pachamari toys. But at the end of the day, I don’t think it matters nor the devs care that much when it comes to selling collab products and it offers some variety for players.
