Rammatra 100% is currently the worst tank he is fun to play but thats it.
I have used custom games to try to buff him in a way but im on console…
Anyway here is what i think would help him.

Health 450 100 armour in omnic form

Void accelerator projectile speed increased by 20%

Ravenous vortex increased pull down strength and increased height and slightly increased radius. This ability is useless.

Void shield shield duration increased by 1 second or cooldown reduced by atleast 1 second. Another option is too rework the shield to function like sigma like recalling it and it recharges with a 2 second cooldown.
The issue with rammatra is his low cc and mobility kit he is just dmg and bulky and thats it. He also cant reliable make space or get close to the enemy.
These changes allow his cc to be slightly better and more reliable and let him reliably shield his team. I personally would like his shield to function like sigma as he would be able to get close this way. The health upgrade for omnic form will help as it is squishy and practically every tank has dr but omnic form rammatra does not u have to use nemesis form to be tanky.
His damage is good but he struggles a lot against mobile heroes like genji tracer abd pharah also enemies at a range the projectiles wull be fast enough its noticeable but still not very fast.
Vortex is clearly meant to counter fliers now it can

He is weak and is not a great tank he struggles more than ow2 season 1 doom and he barely wins against tanks that are not himself or junker queen.
He sucks when fighting against doom hog rein and without nemisis form he is very swuishy and has a bad shield

In your opinion. I disagree. I think he’s in a pretty good spot. Been doing quite well with him.

Im still in the process of learning him but i have played him for quite a bit and he really cant close the gap well or reliably shield at all
Let’s make his Nemesis Form give him a 25% speed boost lelelelel

Fair enough i dont know whether its my team or im playing him wrong but there is so many times i think you know what any other tank and i would have won.
I think Ramattra is weak, by virtue of being balanced and not particularly exceptional at anything. He can’t punch as hard or as well as Doomfist, can’t shield as freely or as efficiently as Sigma, can’t kill as brutally as Roadhog, so on and so forth. He’s balanced, but that comes at the cost of him being weak in comparison to other tanks who have a strong point to their kit: for Ramattra to be effective, he needs good healers.
I would like to suggest a few changes myself:
Omnic Form - Keep health as-is.
Nemesis Form - Increase armor gained to 200, swap 50 HP from base to armor, giving him 650HP with 200 being armor. Grant 15% - 20% additional movespeed.
Ravenous Vortex - Increase height of ability to the sky box.
Pummel - Increase damage to 75.*
Block - Reduce movespeed penalty to -40%, increase blocking to 80%.
Annihilation - Grant Ramattra life-steal during this form, maybe 15 - 30HPS from the damaging tick? This will grant him more sustain and make him even more threatening, but to compensate, perhaps the cost of the ultimate could be raised 5 - 10%?
*This is just a quality-of-life change I’d like to see, not at all necessary.
These are just my ideas, and I’m not very good at balancing. I feel a lot of this may be a little overtuned, but that’s for the balancing team to decide.

vortex changes and shield uptime are all he needs imo he just released tho so idk

If I like him (Which I do) then he probably is a Jack of all Trades.
Yeah, pretty much! He can do a little bit of everything (sans anything mobility based), but he needs a lot of team coordination and support’s love to get anywhere. For similar effort, other tanks (Doomfist right now) can get you much better results.
I think his shield is fine, but I would love to see it changed to be more reminiscent of Sigma’s. I feel its distinguished by being ground-locked, whereas Sigma has full 360 control over where he puts his.

I don’t know if he has damage resistance in nemesis mode or not, be he has the dire need for it

He does die quick though one thing his shield is good for is cutting off a tanks heals
Too fast to call for buffs, firstly , Hog, Winston, Doom, Tracer and Sojourn needs to be nerfed, then maybe they can look into the newly relesed char.
Though my initial gut feeling tells me that if they had to do something, his block needs to have much less movement penalty for what it does, or have its blocking properties grealy increased, i’d go with the former.

No mobility is what kills him absolutely right now. Anything with mobility dumpsters him. Examples Tracer or Echo
his ult needs a nerf but everything else about him needs buffs tbh
Ram is a high skill tier hero, it hasn’t even been a week since his release.

Apparently he had 50% damage reduction when some content creators tested him out. Idk why they removed it, they didn’t say it was really OP or anything
That was on Annihilation (his ult), older version used to reduce enemys damage by 50%, looking at how strong it is right now, its no wonder they took that out.
