Easiest example - loss streak mitigation system. Do you remember the dev post saying the matchmaker would pick and choose teams to give a player on a loss streak better odds at winning?

Firstly, you seem to misunderstand what it did. It just adjusted your MMR down a little faster.

Secondly, that was removed a while ago now.

I hate to do this as I am fond of OW, but are you now coping? OW2 had a sizeable player base from OW1 as they are the same game. OW did it in 7 years and 10 days.

OW has done over 100m accounts in 7 years. The 25m was purely new OW2 accounts.

Wait a month to see how many “monthly active players” OW has. I’ve dropped it for MR until OW has something worthwhile to offer. I’m sure I’m not the only one.

I am sure you aren’t. It will still end up being around the same ball park it has been for the last 2 years. Last 30 days are showing as down 2% on November.
