There’s no circumstance in life where it’s healthy to force yourself to have a PMA. If you’re in a situation you don’t like, remove yourself from that situation.
aka, if the game is making you miserable then stop playing it.

It’s more of a grinding thing. It’s very easy to zero in on things going wrong when you’re trying to rank up. PMA is just a reminder to not tilt off the face of the planet. Otherwise you’ll just get more mad and have to quit early cause you’re playing terribly. It’s easier to win when you go into the game with an optimistic attitude. Also if you dont keep a positive attitude it becomes harder to win games that are tough.

Or you can just have that naturally and not let things bother you. But yeah, I’d say more than a few people might want to take a break…
Maximum Effort is great, however… in nature, animals only enter into the expending of resources if the odds of a net benefit are a possibility
this means, (in the realms of a video game)
it is only worth while expending effort if there is the possibility of fun being had
being spawn camped by cheaters and smurfs is not fun, so why bother expending effort?..
