Their experiment worked but on the other side, the average daily player-count would drop substantially lol. Some of those numbers not returning in weeks or even months because of the ahh restrictions. I don’t want to waste any more time in a game knowing my teammates are playing bot simulator rather than trying to be actual players. Idk what happened it’s like everyone gets depressed and just express it on people like us who just want to casually play, but instead we get 76 running in by himself over and over and over again, giving the enemy team free ult charge. He is the first of many and I am not ashamed for leaving in many of these cases. Because if I get suspended i’ll just go back to playing hearts of iron IV. I’m admitting i’m part of the problem but y’all’d be lying if you never left a game after seeing throwers waste your time.

Nah. If I leave, it’s only because of real life stuff that pops up and makes me stop playing the video game.
I just came out of a game where as Brig, I had a higher mit stat than our Ram. So did our Genji. We were doomed, but I played it out anyway. 
I leave games all the time and I’m not ashamed of it.
They’d have to pay me to stay in those matches. No amount of punishment will make me stay. Not even a full on account ban. The amount of stress I would get if I stayed in those games is a thousand times worse than any punishment they could give me.
I pretty much only leave for sombra. She gets too annoying and I’m not hanging around so the sombra player can enjoy bullying me from invisibility. I leave whether we are winning or losing. I want to have some fun and sombra easily puts an end to that.

That’s quite fair. I despise leavers in general, because it’s dishonourable and disrespectful to other players. But let’s be real here - there’s a point where you might as well leave because playing just isn’t worth it anymore. The last few seasons in particular have been absolutely abysmal.
In the entire time I’ve played OW2, I think I’ve left only a handful of games because of really awful teammates or opponents. Even then, I always made a point of trying to fix the issue rather than rage-quitting. But lately, it’s just not worth it. Every new season is somehow worse than the last, and I just don’t care anymore.
Don’t get me wrong - losing matches is fine. I don’t mind getting my butt whooped lol. But I absolutely hate the state of the game. If my matches aren’t fun, I’m outta there lol.

i dont leave but i do wonder sometimes how the enemy tank can be afk on point and my team gets rolled by one lone dps player way in our side of the map
i just shrug it off and Q for the next one
Only games I have left have been due to IRL shenanigans. Like the one time my cat turned my PC off.

I wish my enemies played sombra instead of better dps… i’ve had 2 games today with an enemy sombra and my team won both.
What Blizzard failed to understand that life-services games heavily rely on grinders to keep their lobbies filled with players that don’t ragequit.
If there is nothing to grind there is no reason not to ragequit, people won’t be playing the role of a punching bag for 10 minites for free.
All it would take is 1 legacy lootbox with 1-50 coins for duplicates per every 3-4 matches and there would be so many more players that are inclined not to ragequit.

Match experience is still dwindling and decreasing in quality day by day.
More reason to throw and yet for some reason, that behavior is okay.
If a player doesn’t want to play, you shouldn’t force them to.

I want to play game? I’m going to play game. Doesn’t matter if the tank is new or the DPS is not using their ears. I’m still gonna pick Brig and hand out hugs.
