Also Tracer is shown as one of the people getting a medal for her service in the Omnic Crisis, even though she wasn’t in Overwatch until the Slipstream incident (she was just a test pilot, not a official fighter pilot). Same goes for Mccree and possibly Mercy as well.

Not sure plotholes but the story itself is in constant “TBC” mode.
And the major arc affects more than one character and we’re not seeing it from just Tracer’s point of view so it’ll feel like a mess for a while. My biggest qualm with the whole thing is making us wait for new characters or uprising in order to get actual and substantial lore.
Also, there are side characters that need some more explanation like: D.Va, Lucio… D.va particularly…we only have the bare minimum for her, nothing else.

OP, if you want to discuss something, maybe you should first start with an argument.
Maybe they’re asking us if we’ve noticed any plotholes.
Ok. How do the omniums get their resources and electricity during the Omnic Crisis, which takes place after Omnics have taken control of the omniums and are using them for war? Wouldn’t the government or the company that used to use them cut off their resources? (I need to come up with easier-to-argue topics. After I come back from what I need to do, I’ll bring some topics for discussion.)

Mercy could definitely use lore
I would like to know how she got her wings
How her parents died, and how she reacted
As well as how she slowly grew detached from the overwatch organization
Who the heck allowed a 18 year old pilot to test a new plane? You have to be much older to hit the minimum training to be pilot, let alone one who test drives a super hidden project. Why wouldn’t you get experienced pilots? Why her? This has upset me since forever because like it isn’t even reasonable. No wonder Overwatch fell, if they kept doing crap like that. Not to mention the test didn’t even work out well, they messed her up so badly!

I’d also like to know how she became so successful at such a young age.
And yeah, those two were just a few examples and I’m wondering why they haven’t done any lore for Mercy, yet. She IS directly affected by the recall thing.
Also: I’m actually holding back on my true opinion on this issue. I might get stomped on if I unload. xD

No: it’s more a general issue.
The basis is that…this fandom will go insane the deeper we dive into other character’s backgrounds and stories.
I want to hear these stories and I’m pretty sure a majority of people out there do too, but could you just imagine if ANY of the ships become canon (or don’t become canon). This base is rabid and I can totally understand why blizzard is taking their time.
In short: We can’t have nice things.

Oh definitely.
Like if mchanzo became a reality, I’d lose my sh.it but people who ship McCree with sombra or something would be disappointed and sad.
Likewise if mcsombra became canon instead of mchanzo, a bunch of mchanzo fans (including me) would be disappointed as well.
Shipping is definitely something that can be a royal screw up if done wrong.
i just need more lore, tbh. That’s all I want.

Gives us creative license and I ain’t gonna lie, I’m creating a fancomic that I’ve poured my heart and soul into (for some reason) so I guess I don’t have much room to talk . I want to have fun but I am also really wanting lorrreee!
