God this is so annoying. I know I can mute them, I know I can ignore them, but it distracts themselves and makes them play worst as they’re more focused on something else.
Yes this just happened a few matches ago. I’ve already had it happen twice this year and its a near guarantee loss as the ones trying to flirt do some stupid stuff in a bold attempt to “impress” the FeMaLe GaMeR in the match.
I know I can’t control anybody, but holy goajfoaidjfio[ahj is it the most annoying thing ever to lose a match just because some guys in the game hear a GiRl and focus more on flirting than actually playing. Rant over.
I know that feeling, what I also don’t know is why you would flirt in the middle of a god damn competitive match by throwing. I already reported them anyways.

I’ve had this happen to me a few times lol. I’m not offended by it or anything like that, but it’s not impressive…Usually you can hear the neckbeard and excessive pounds, too.
If you want to flirt with gamer girls, gents, go and find them elsewhere. Like…LFGs…
depends sometimes i been in games where the female is enabling the other male players. usually when its a 4 or 5 man premade. me being the odd guy out am like o man if something goes wrong its gonna be all my fault lol
well im saying girls flirt back too, they usually make premades with lovestruck dudes and the poor souls who join them have to hear all kinds of nonsense. then get blamed if the team loses
These definitely exist. I ran into one once quite a while back, and the woman was so rude! Just to me, because my presence as a human being of the female variant was perhaps too threatening and she was worried I might take one of her lads.
i dont see much of them anymore really. use to be tons when the game was released in 2016. i main’d widow quite a bit then and when i ran into those groups it was hell lol… me being widowmaker was like the game was all my fault if it was going poorly even when i had like 20 critical scoped hits
Please, it’s… not the place. Can you at least do it in group chat, or over Discord or something cause it’s uncomfortable. The Neckbeard energy is high every time it happens.

like she kept talking trash about me for literally no reason other than me joining, being alive and being a woman??? i think she really needs to get tinder or something
I feel like this is somewhat controversial to say, but I have definitely had more unpleasant experiences with women than men - Personally I have never been harrassed on the basis of my gender in a game, but there have been a few instances where women are just…not nice to me the moment I begin to speak, and especially if I am the person making most of the plans and call-outs.
There’s definitely a conversation to be had about the way some women treat one another in video games, I think. There’s so few of us that we should be trying to get along, not tearing each other down just to get more attention from neckbeards who don’t even respect us.
