What are these masters players going to do once they reach silver? Stomp games until they reach masters again, then throw back down. These are trash players that are afraid of actually having a challenge.
And with boost posts. I get that you want to get out of your rank, but boosters don’t just get you from gold to plat. they get you from gold to grandmasters. It took me 3 years to get from silver to masters, and I have dropped since then. You are not going to be any better, you are going to be a fish on dry land. You will lose every game, and your team will suffer.
I don’t want to win games because the enemy team had a thrower or a boosted person. I don’t want to lose a game because I have a thrower or a boosted person.
So TLDR: Please report them, as while it might balance out, it causes hell to everyone during that time, and then they mess it up again.
Also report any post advertising things for money, as that is spam, and is a reportable offense.

So your post is basically report people for breaking the rules? Thanks for the crucial info.
You would be suprised about how many people defend people who do this.
The fact that I see 5+ of these posts per day, means that the message of “throwing is reportable, even in throwing groups” is not sent.

Better yet, blizzard should drop the LFG entry if it has any description relating to boosting or throwing. MUCH easier for them to do that than for the community to do it for them.

yeah yeah you can go ahead report them, i am doing it too.

I don’t report them because I’d rather have them throwing in a group then doing it with random teammates.
If you’re trying to go down to play w a friend this is the only good way to do it without screwing ppl over.
See, this is why I have to tell you. What if a top 500 smurf threw down to Platinum, where you might be, then suddenly, 1n33dh34l1ng is on the enemy team, and they stop throwing. Nano-blade after nano-blade.
Report them, they screw people up. the only reason people throw that far is to screw over other people.
