The feedback on the forums is mostly positive. The feedback on Twitter, however, is a different story. Samito and his sheep followers are strongly against it, even insulting the Blizzard balance team.
This is the same dude that has the privilege of being in the community discord with the developers.

Found what? I literally used common sense to make that determination. The best 2 supports are by far Brigg and Ana. 3rd is Bap because double shields are meta. Once you hit 4th or 5th you can debate between Lucio or Moira.

I don’t know why everyone thinks every character in this game should take skill for. So they get mad because Moira is a bit “easy” which is dumb. Mercy is easy. Brig in a way can be considered easy (but I was say she is a medium difficulty) there are certain tanks, dps, and supports in this game that are “easy” compared to most. And that’s ok so what. People getting upset that Moira is “braindead” or require more “skill.” If you want to play a skilled support, go Lucio or Ana.
Lucio is a funny example, because I regard him as a great example of a hero that is good at any skill level. He has next to no skill floor but also grows well with skill and has a very high ceiling - great design.
