Go 1/3/2 role queue! It will fix your dps wait times! People want to play dps so allow an additional slot and put more power into dps. My fav time playing overwatch is when we got 1/3/2 vs 1/3/2. more offense heroes are viable and Pharah is actually playable. blizzard, I like role queue, but not all the time. This will fix your queue times!

Add a ranked non-role queue mode! It will greatly reduce Damage queue times. Having two separate queues has already proven to work well for Role Queue Quickplay, where Damage queue times are much more reasonable as many of the Quickplay Damage players play the Classic variant, reducing the load on Role Queue Quickplay’s Damage queue.
