Look, I know I’m not great. I used to be plat, now I’m gold and silver in some categories. I got old - that happens.
However, I can’t stand when I’m put into games with players level 25-100 (on either team) that wipe the floor with the rest of us. I don’t care if it’s an alt, a smurf, or a carry. It’s not fun. The reason it’s not fun is because the matchmaker doesn’t have enough data to properly place them just yet.
There’s more than enough players to match high level players (levels, not SR) together with other high level players. I would happily face other bonified silvers SR players with silver and gold borders that the matchmaker has a good idea of placement, versus a bronze boarder that the matchmaker has no clue on. I would wait an extra couple of minutes for the match.
Please consider this, if not for OW1, definitely OW2.
