PLEASE PLEASE make a perma void list!

for the love of god PLEASE. im tired of this max 3 person avoid. with how the game is you def need to avoid more than 3 ppl. i am CONSTANTLY deleting avoids. to just get them again a few games later. have the perma avoid 30 max or something but PLEASE increase it!!! i cant even count how many times i have had to repeat avoid the same people. just to have a enjoyable non toxic game

You can unavoid them after a week. You will never see them again at that point.

That is pretty disturbing if you encounter that many toxic players.

its a amalgmation of toxicity. and too much

I am sorry to hear that.

It is highly unlikely the 3-person “Avoid as Teammate” will ever increase again, when the feature was first introduced, we only got 2 avoids, and they specifically chose that number as they predicted it to have little impact on the overall matchmaking and finding fair matches for all players within a reasonable time. The dev team eventually increased it to three, but in the long run, when you avoid a single person the matchmaker has to accommodate both you and the avoided person by putting each of you into separate teams. This problem compounds and multiplies for each person you avoid and for everyone who uses the AVT system.

Remember to rely on other social features including blocking, muting, and squelching chat of players who are disruptive. Report them if they are violating the Blizzard Code-of-Conduct. Also don’t forget about positive tools like the Looking for Group system.

id rather wait a little longer than have a 10-20 min game go down the crapper splendidly

Well good on you for having that much patience, but I doubt the rest of the community shares that.

i understand. and i get where the devs are coming from with matchmaking., but honestly i believe there is enough people to make up for it. the avoids. i have to keep un avoiding and re avoiding ppl on the nintendo switch because of smash players , pokken and splatoon. but match making isnt a problem still. i really dont think increasing the limit cap would be a problem. i said 30 max. but atleast 10 min be the cap with the 1 week roll over that we have now

While I sympathize, what I’ve found to be the best solution, is gathering the diamonds from the coal so-to-speak from your games. Add these people, gather them together, and surround yourself with chill people looking to have fun, without hair trigger tempers, and poor self control. At least then you’ll play with people you like, and the enemy team is the only wild card.

Toxicity breeds toxicity.

I personally dont come across that many toxic people.

Would you rather wait for a 1-2 hour queue for a game? That is what could potentially happen for some players. This was proven in the past before Overwatch removed the old “Avoid This Player” feature.
