because of recent orisa changes every single game I have been in there has been an orisa on the enemy team every single time and its just been hell like out of the 7 quickplay matches I’ve played today so far she’s just been there ruining the game because people are using her for an easy win due to how over powered she is

She’s not in nearly every game, but she is back to being the goto hero when losing in lower rank games - guaranteed switch to orisa or mauga + bastion on last point defense in low ranks (and it works way too often).
I prefer playing against Orisa to mauga or hazard. They really are making tanks now which are horrible to play against. The Orisa rework for OW2, Mauga and now Hazard are all horrendously designed from the PoV of playing against them.
I actually think Hazard is the worst of the 3 with his constant blocking while damaging. Definitely the most frustrating of them.
It’s got me real close to giving up tanking. Thankfully ppl don’t seem to like playing Hazard and so he’s in few enough games I can use my leaver penalties to avoid him and still stay in the 2 min penalty range.

Hazard is honestly not particularly fun. They even gave him consistency buffs to make him more fun and he is broken… It is still just meh. We waited 4 months for that?

yeah unfortunately I’ve been unable to escape her haha had one that swapped to hazard right after so that wasn’t fun
They should have just given us DMon like we wanted. Imagine if Reinhardt and D.Va had a secret love child. That would be D.Mon.

But in all seriousness, DMon would be a cool addition. And honestly the tank role could use more girl tanks but there’s only so many ways to do it. Like Mech, muscular and kinda beefy, a robot like Orisa, or maybe riding a mount of some sort. But you need the big hitbox.
Also we don’t have any other members from the D.Va story line. We’ve got Talon and Overwatch agents galore. We’ve got several Junkers. We even have multiple moon members. But only one MEKA Squad member. I definitely want D.Mon.

They said something a long time ago about not doing more MEKA because D.Va almost broke the game due to her gimmick of being baby D.Va.

Zarya is a good counter to orisa.
An aggressive reinhardt can be a good counter to orisa.
You can try to poke at her with sigma (just don’t let her close) or mauga.
Dva is workable against orisa.
Ramattra can work against orisa.
Orisa on release was a counter to df, and still does counter him nicely. I imagine she similarly counters hazard.
She also can work as a counter against hog.
I miss the reduced heat on her Fortify. Orisa is (or was since that change) the most fun tank in the game. Change my mind.

They didn’t say that they wouldn’t do more. They said that D.Va’s remech was really hard to make happen and it’s full of spaghetti code that breaks easily.
What they said is if they do another mech hero they wouldn’t have a baby form like D.Va. And they actually have done a second mech with Hammond.
There’s no reason not to give us DMon. She doesn’t NEED to be able to demech. They could make up any number of lore reasons why she can’t in game.
