The NA East servers went down 1 hour before the end of the week 1 archives challenge, so I was unable to finish the challenge. I really like the reward, which was the “Holi” skin for Symmetra.
I made a ticket to see if they would add it to my account or let me purchase it since the server issues were on Blizzard’s end, but I was denied. The GM encouraged me to post my ideas here so that’s what I’m doing. Please let us buy the skin or give us another chance to obtain it 
Why did you wait until the last hour? If you have regret you should use that as a lesson.
Literally just play the game and you would’ve got the skin. I don’t see why you deserve the skin if you can’t even win 9 games in a week.
Yeah it was stupid of me to wait until the last hour :(. Still, it would be nice if they saw this and let us get the skin another way. And I think Blizzard is a nice company
i am curious what happens with the weekly challenge skins next year though…for all we know they might go back into regular loot box rotation, or maybe theyre purchaseable…
we’ll know soon though…summer games last year was the first time they did it and thats relatively soon
I’m sorry, but if you waited until the last minute to get the skin, that’s on you.
It’s a challenge for a reason. If anyone can just buy the skin outright, it defeats the purpose.
