Can’t play this game without severe lag spikes. Can someone help?

Howdy!
I would recommend to start troubleshooting to help resolve or locate the issue. The steps below should get us started down that path:

Power Cycle the home network’s modem and router to refresh the connection to the Internet Service Provider(ISP) and all devices on the network. Steps on how to do this can be found Here.

If you utilize any QoS software like Smartbyes, RoG GameFirst or Killer Network. Try temporarily uninstalling the software.
Retest. If the issue continues at the start of the match when the issue is at it’s worst capture it with a WinMTR. Keep this test going for 10 minutes and get the results back to us here.

You’ve got packet loss within your own home network - it looks like it’s between your modem and router. If you’re on wifi, can you try swapping to ethernet? If that works, you know it’s wifi instability.
If it doesn’t, and you have a separate modem and router, bypass the router and wire directly into the modem. If that works, you know it’s the router itself. You can replace that or troubleshoot it with the ISP.
One of those two should fix you up, but if not, let’s snag a new winMTR on ethernet and with the router bypassed if you have separate devices.
