I just had to make a new blizzard account for this, because the only way for you to make a bug report for blizzard is through forums apparently, and I was banned on main, but thats asides the point.
Hi blizzard employee, Back in season 6 I bought the battle pass and received the Ana Mythic Skin. I recently just bought the battle pass again and through the new mythic shop, bought the Genji Mythic Skin. My problem is that the game took both mythics away from me, and they no longer appear in my hero gallery.
Is this a problem anyone else is having? or did I just get unlucky?
