Please Help: IND super high

Over the last 3 days, I have been unable to play Overwatch due to a VERY high IND.
My IND sits at 20 when I usually play, and ping 100 - 180 (I am used to the ping, it’s the IND that’s the issue).

Here is my Looking Glass results + a picture of my in game issue.

Looks like some very high ping times in the ISP network. Please use the recommended WinMTR to confirm:

Hey there,

I don’t see anything from the WinMTRs that would be causing IND spikes, although it looks like each one was only run for about a minute. Ideally we want to run them for about 10 minutes at a time.

Which server do you normally play on? When you’re in a match press Ctrl+Shift+N and then look for the server name in [ ] brackets and then run the WinMTR test to the IP that comes after it (don’t include the port number after the colon).

If you want to take a screenshot of the network graph and share that as well that may be helpful.
