Hi i have has the same issue but I think it’s a problem with most console players try contacting blizzard about it bc it’s not just you

I’ve bought pink mercy and gold rose mercy 2 hours ago and still didn’t get them. In the shop it says unavailable and they are not showing up in my locker. Some of my friends already have it, I don’t understand why I don’t

It’s saying I purchased it on switch had I have the receipt and stuff but on my ps4 it’s saying I don’t have it at all and it’s the same account on both :sob::sob:

Same for me, cant access shop. Can’t buy currency. Pink Mercy not showing up even tho I got it through Steam
