A lot of people can’t join voice chat at all on PS4. I’ve reset my game almost a hundred times and have only been able to join voice once. Please Blizzard why wasnt this in the bug fix!!!

I’m having the same issues. I came home there was an update but for some reason it disappeaed and had to redownload it. Now I can’t talk in game. Or hear people either. I’ve tried everything and nothing works for me
I am experiencing the same issues as well. I have only been able to join the voice channels a couple of times ever since the update. I am not sure why this is occuring. I have no trouble hearing other people and talking to others on my other accounts, but not on my main account. It is very frustrating to deal with. I have heard that resetting ALL button bindings might help the situation, but I am hoping that isn’t the case. I have literally every character setting customized in my game and it would take forever to redo all of them. For now I will try to submit a bug report and see where that goes, but please let me know if you find what went wrong with your game.
