Catalytic Crystal has been bugged for quite some time no Ult charge on healing we’ve been waiting for a long time please fix this

Bumping this for visibility!
I tested in practice range and with all heroes but Mercy, ult charge doesn’t increase with healing OR damage. Catalytic crystal is super busted.
