Please Explain To Me How Kiriko Is Not Bad?

Very slow healing, very slow damage, very poor escape ability since team is always grouped like they should be.

All she has going for her is a lucky kunai headshot and ultimate. The rest of her kit doesn’t feel like it matches up well enough to keep up with other players.

Her suzu is clutch. Kiriko is a good character. Plus she puts out more heals then mercy

The consistency in healing doesn’t feel like it is there.

Her mobility skill isn’t as frequent as Mercy’s, so she can’t change lanes as often. Definitely does more healing overall, though, on top of being able to do so from a distance.

Lmao, who doesn’t out heal Mercy these days?

Kiriko is probably one of the best characters in the game. Ult might be the best in the game. Cleanse counters a lot of the meta. Wall climb + teleport makes her very hard to kill. She can 2 tap dps and healers. She’s definitely on the harder side. She will be a terror in high elos and near useless in lower ones. If you’re learning support just play moira/lucio.

She is pretty good overall she is the best assist support, also she has powerful poke, her primary once you get the aim is awesome, i went from 22% to 28% and improving.

I also increase crit from 12-15% and i know i can push to 20%

cause my best is around 34% i avg 2.6 k dmg on par with ana, but this is due to starting games were my aim was bad.

Nowadays as kiriko i easily get 4-5k dmg, this is on par with bap moira brig.

Also 6-7k healing.

Not to mention clutch heals and cleanse.

Your the only support that can duel anyone.

Her skill ceiling is yet to be touched.

More than that she is heck of fun.

sombra hacks stay calm all you need is one hs she goes away.

widow ashe ana zen poking you can poke them back from angles.

genji dives you can fight toe to toe he has deflect you have suzu better than deflect, your tp is better than dash.

she is whole some hero.

The invalidity of the “slow healing” claim cannot be overstated. If travel time is the difference between life and death, there was never any hope for the heal target.

The huge chunk of health a full set of cards supplies, as well as the “fire and forget” nature and only a miniscule pause for reload plus an instant escape to a safe place, cleanse plus immortaity field and the strongest ultimate in the game, plus great damage for those with good aim.

Kiriko isn’t weak, she simply has an above average skill floor.

Also pre firing at targets which is about to take damage is a thing.

I disagree, it’s her skill ceiling that’s high.

Her kit is pretty basic and easy to grasp but takes a ton of practice to get the best out of, very OG Lucio-esque.

you will get rolled by a kiriko who only lands dinks tps every time she takes 100 dmg and makes her team immortal every time you almost do somthing. also her healing dosnt feel low to me in the slightest but maybe thats just me

no fall off on her right click, it also does crazy headshot damage, good heals even thought they are a little slow and can completly get rid of any status effects. Seems pretty good imo

Kiriko’s healing and damage are both average. Her teleport, cleanse and ult are all really good abilities. Honestly, there’s nothing about her that’s bad.

Her hitbox is a literal popsicle stick. Hardest hero for me to hit consistantly.

That’s not exactly a good thing since Mercy’s whole schtick is that she’s the most pure healer, only boosting when nobody’s wounded and only whipping out the gun opportunistically or defensively. The rest of the supports are much more able to swap to an aggressive tact.

i found staying pretty far back while spamming heals and damage was really effective. you can jump forward to front line or back to respawns.

ive had a lot of 0-1 death games with her bc shes so slippery.

Her healing is only slow if you try and use it to clutch, cause the paper travels so slowly that it won’t save people in trouble. But it’s great for general healing, and her numerical output is more than most of the healers.

I find that limits her escape potential and damage potential.

I play her in the midline, just behind the tanks, while keeping an eye out for flanks and flankers. That way I can swift step to the backline if things get dicey and still throw out my ofudas to heal the front.

I’ve played over hundred games as kiriko.

My healing output is usually the most, or at least 2nd.

Clenase has a ton of utility, not only does it remove debuffs but can also combo well with channeled ults. It also prevents damage for a brief moment.

In regards to teleport, your not supposed to be grouped with your team, you should be in cover/ high ground, so that when flankers chase you, you teleport out and waste their time. But also not being with your team allows you to spot flankers, throw kunai out and get head shots , as well as provide heals and cleanses.

Her invulnerable ability is awesome, her ult is amazing, her crit damage is stupid if you can hit consistently, and she has one of the best escapes/movement abilities in the game on top of her med level healing. Dont play her like a typical healer you need to be in the fight and sustaining your tank or helping dps/securing kills in 1v1 matchups
