My game runs at around 320 FPS in this mode, but when D.Va is in the match, it drops to 240 FPS or less. I still think that’s a decent FPS, but the drop is sharp, causes stuttering, and it’s very noticeable that the game feels “heavier” and isn’t running as it should.
I have both Windows 11 and Linux (CachyOS) installed on my PC and tested on both — same result. The biggest performance issues in the Stadium happen when D.Va is present. A friend with much better hardware than mine also confirmed that the game runs significantly worse when she’s in the match.
It’s so absurd that she doesn’t even need to be on screen to cause a frame drop — sometimes she dies and just respawning from base, completely out of sight, already causes stutters. This isn’t something you can ignore. Sometimes she uses her ult and the FPS drops so much that it’s impossible to time evasion abilities like Fade and Suzu correctly.
