The easiest way to climb with stupid role queue is to play with friends and combo ultis.

Solo queue? No thank you. Since this ppl at 2500-3000 dont even know how to regroup. I cant even imagine how it is below 2500.

First things first, support is the most team based role where you basically depend on your team to win the match. Solo quing makes this even more teambased then it should be. Join the overwatch discord or find a 6 stack to play with.

What for? He is not playing 1v1 game. You are probably going to tell him what he is doing wrong and then he can improve and then he can still lose.

You don’t wanna rely on your team too much because obviously they don’t know what they’re doing.

I suggest you go Lucio and play like Frogger or Redshell and get a bunch of Frog kills.

You can climb. Anyone can get to ANY rank if you try hard enough. Having a mindset that you are unable to climb is damaging when playing.

If you never play you’ll never get to the rank you want.

My best advice is keep playing, make sure you watch over footage of yourself playing and notice things you could’ve improved in that situation. Best of luck.

If you believe that the MMR matchmaker is rigged against you tune it to your advantage.

Go into QP for MMR only matches and stomp on people until you stop winning every QP game.

Then go back to Comp and “presto,” you’ll have ballers for teammates.

Just remember that MMR is role based now as well so you’ll want to queue there as a healer.

Oh, I do that when I hit a wall in Comp.

If I go into QP and I’m just stomping everyone with any random hero I know the game has me at a trash MMR.

MMR was designed to help get players into the right ranks by measuring activity that players in each rank do. Likes heals per second or ults in a game or, well, nobody knows the exact formula.

Problem is that it takes better teammates to get to higher activity levels. Can’t heal much if your chicken Rein won’t take a corner for example.

So I bust out games in QP until I finally get back into an MMR I belong with that role. Like when they finally put me up against players that can beat me.

Then it’s back to Comp for a win streak.

I can also tell you how you’ll know when you’ve hit a Comp wall and when you’ve met your match in QP if you’re interested. Took me a long time to figure it out so I’m happy to help.
