He now has a shotgun, a shield & a sniper rifle. Now healers are food. Moira (Or Harambe ) used to kill Genji with ease but now she tickles Genji until he swishes away or to your death. if you don’t want to change then it will me fare enough to bring back Original Symetra .

Well blizz doesn’t seem to have him as their favorite so he’ll prob get nerfed cant say the same for rein zarya tho they like them their never getting nerfed

Technically there isnt a top tank setup cause its unpredictable on what the opposing team picks just cause the meta is soemthing going on doesnt mean its the best in the game and anyone can play it its just what the team thinks can beat the other with
This thread made me LOL so hard.
A lot of people don’t appreciate the skill gap it takes to play Genji really well, and he has faced many seasons being far to weak to even be a threat to supports. aka: Moira, Baptiste, Ana, Lucio ect.
His kit was good when the game first released and when they started adding more heroes with better kits and easier ways of countering him, he then got pushed out with no love and it is apparent because if you look at the T500 leaderboard from previous seasons, it is just taken up by moira and doomfist for their respected roles.
If a Genji can now duel a Moira and win then Genji is now strong enough to do his job when previously a Moira would win 8/10 times, and he is a flanker and that is his No.1 priority to kill supports, blame your team for not peeling the Genji off you.
Genji is not easy to play, and all these heroes with far easier kits that can beat him with ease is such a boring let down. Thank god he got a buff because it was sorely needed and he is in a pretty good spot now.

I’ll never understand why people persist with the ludicrous request to delete a hero from the game.
Blizzard are not going to delete something from their game that they’ve invested a lot of time, effort, and money in just because some random player on the forums asks them to.
Well…it would seem that the difficulty in using genji has decreased significantly based on the number of dps currently playing him…which right now would be 2 players per game.

Yeah almost every hero since release shuts him down in one way or another. He needed these buffs to be relevant.

I wouldn’t say it has decreased his skill gap significantly, but it allows him to be played without being a throw pick, before his buffs all he was good for was Nanoblade, which is once every 2-3 minutes of the game. Where as now he can effectively take on the targets he is meant to be pressuring and eliminating, as I previously stated he couldn’t effectively take on some supports which is why there has been a lot of nerfs due to a power creep in their category, and I think it is funny that people are moaning about his buffs and play Moira and lose to him more often, you’re gonna have to use your head more to take him out instead of relying on your auto aim BS.
Why should i blame other people when i could handle it myself?
Well he is now easy to play .
