[Please answer] Workshop workload server instruments

Not so long ago i saw a news about Blizzard added feature in workshop that players can see workload of server by special instruments and get information about crashes, like this:

I dont know is it on live, i tryed to find it but i cant, Support also as always tell me that they cant help me in any workshop questions and will be better if i go to the forums.

Is anyone can help me with it?

Good news if it is true. They must share some tools with us to manage a mod host.

Yes but guess it was only on ptr. I lost moment when ptr was opened so i thought it is on live but didnt find it.

It was on the last PTR which they decided to not patch into the game yet for some reason. Maybe there were some issues with the patch that needed addressing or something else took precedence(new hero, role lock or whatever they are working on)
