I am currently in live chat with support to figure out why my latency is constantly in the 70-80 range. He said so far my game is connecting with servers in LA and if there is no fix for this I really would like for Blizzard to add a server to the East Coast to remedy this. I have read others having this problem as well. Let’s get some support for this and have it go through soon please!

Sounds like the problem is a pathing issue and connecting to the wrong server. Hard problem to fix since we dont have any control over it besides using some type of vpn or “haste” like service.
Any examples of using a vpn or haste like service? Still a little new to this.

Well problem is most of them all cost money to use and may add lag. Haste does have a free trial and if it works you know for sure it is a pathing issue. https://haste.net/ I used it in beta and worked ok while other said it made it worse. I think it works better the more distance between you and the servers are.
Holy hell, it’s actually working. It went down to 100ms instead of 170. Not what it used to be, but that’s huge for me. Thank you sir.
Servers in Florida would benefit Puerto Rico
Yea for about a month now I’ve been dealing with some form of latency. I can’t play comp because it gets so bad it prevents my abilities from activating properly and sometimes treats my movements like I’m running into walls. I can’t enjoy the game like this. I’ve even disconnected from the game.
