For some reason whenever I purchase the playstation plus free skins, they never register to my account. I’ve tried restoring licenses, switching between the PS5 and PS4 versions of the game, all that. The first time this happened was with the free summer pharah skin, then the Halloween tracer, toybot zen, and now the megabundle that’s up right now. What do I have to do for the skins to finally show up on my account?
I recommend opening a ticket with the vendor you purchased through because it sounds like the transaction was not finalized.
They were of no use whatsoever. And my transactions did go through, as they are in my purchase history on Playstation.
Then you need to contact Sony.
