Playing without crosshair is so liberating

Yesterday I tried for the first time to play with my crosshair really opaque to the point where it was as if I had no crosshair and I gotta say…I’m a fan.
I felt so free. Before, with the crosshair, I used to feel like I always had to fighting. It set me in automatic attack mode that i didn’t really have time to ever chill and focus. Just seeing that crosshair sent me into panic mode especially if insane an enemy ahead.
Now without the crosshair I feel so free to do as I please. I can take my time and really olay. There’s no pressure at all. I don’t think I’m ever going back to using crosshair.
Have you guys ever tried this and how was your experience with it?

you mean…crosshair? if you’re seeing your cursor ingame thats a bug, just restart the client

My bad. Yeah crosshair. I play on console so I called it cursor

I play with a simple bright green dot, I’m used to it and I can see where I’m aiming at.

I used to use that but now my aim and even my gameplay feel much better. 2 potg when I used to struggle for 1

It’s pure pedantics here, but if the crosshair is really opaque then it’s easy to see.

Low opacity is more transparent.

I have different crosshair styles, colours and opacities for each character because I like to be weird :slight_smile:

I can barely see any cross hair. I feel like I’m staring at a blank screen. Best decision I’ve made so far.

I have to play with an extremely obnoxious crosshair. Default gets lost on the screen and i start to look wherever if i use like a simple dot. I make mine circle crosshair and aqua. I wish i had enough focus to play with a simple dot or none.

Trust me I have no focus. Or didn’t use to.
But the focus came from not using a crosshair at all. That way I can see everything without being distracted. I urge you try it. Just turn everything with opacity down to 0. You might thank me later

How can you even aim? Reported for throwing.

I find it easier to aim with this. Don’t knock it till You try it. It’s not even hard trust me. You get a feel for it by playing with it

Same. But I went to no crosshairs and I feel like I’m not just looking at a dot. I’m looking at where my bullets actually go.

my issue is that without it im always a little off, so i like to have something. it also helps with arching projectiles to do relative distances.

Same here! Valorant and CSGO I do a skinny + but OW I always loved the green dot.
