Playing tank this patch is absolutely horrible.

Depending on who you ask, playing tank on any patch is a horrible experience.

I mean, if you ignore

  • The 40% knockback reduction changes that got reverted.
  • The armor changes that mostly just shifted which DPS get used
  • The regen passive which every Role got access to.
  • And the “Adding more Tank heroes”.

What gameplay loop changes have they done to make Tank players overall playstyle more enjoyable than other Roles, since October 2nd, 2022?

Nothing, because the main problem is how every game just degenerates into pressing H in spawn before both tanks end up swapping to the flavour of the month and the game becomes a war of attrition :sob:

Every change they made to the role since then just further cemented this gameplay loop. Even changing every tank into a dull bullet sponge didn’t fix anything.
