Well pretty much all the afternoon playing comp and on 10 games only one had a leaver and that is not bad but i lost like 200sr but going to keep playing and do my best and see what happens.
2476sr and now 2265sr.
Want to see how broken and rotten this competitive system really is i mean you don’t even have the will to play the game but im forcing myself and enjoying no matter what so let’s see if i can climb.
Just remember that SR isn’t everything. Focus on yourself, your mistakes, your strengths, your weaknesses, and just work on them. Just do your best every game and COMMUNICATE with your team. It does wonders.
If you’re on a loss streak you should stop playing. You should have an SR limit to gamble with for the day when you start. The more SR you gain the more games you can risk after your win streaks. but you should never keep playing when you’re tilted you’re hurting yourself and those around you. I gamble with about 100 SR a day myself.
You don’t climb by enjoying, you climb by playing better, which according to your stats you’ve been doing at a bottom 30% level. Might wanna work on that instead of trying to discover some conspiracy about rigged/broken competitive system.
I only play 1-3 games a day and that is how I climb. Never play competitive it you’re frustrated, stressed, tilted, or on a losing streak (2+ loses in a row is what I consider a losing streak).
It is slow and takes days but you will gain 24-75 SR a day if you keep the 1-3 games rule with you. The worse thing that can happen is you losing 2 games that day which means you need to stop and do the games tomorrow. This works for me and I maintained Diamond for Season 8 and 9 like this. And now it is Season 10 and I’m maintaining Masters too with 3721 SR and still climbing.
Today I had 2 wins and 1 lose. I gained 47 SR. overall.
Question, how did you win 2 and lose 1 and come out with +47 SR? It’s not like PBSR exists at our rating. 2 wins and a loss should have got you 25-30 SR (assuming you get 25-30 SR per win or loss).
thats how we beat the system boys, by not playing.
I don’t know but I did. I avoided a dps that made me lose, I beat him got my SR back to 3698 when I was 3699 and then won the next game. Which put me at 3721sr. So I fell to 3675 SR and won two games to 3721 SR.
The logic is there.
Might have been 46 SR gained actually. Did the math wrong.
Not true at all. I played about 150+ games this season and a lot more in Season 8 and 9.
Overbuff says I’m 2-1 today. I played 3.
that was obviously sarcasm.
My experience this season aligns more with OP. 388 games, 51,55% Winrate, currently 11SR below placement.
What I mean is, you didn’t play 3 games and end 46 higher than where you started, which is what you made it sound like. You played 3 games and gained 23 SR from where you started. That’s where I was confused.
