Players Are Being Automatically Muted?

I was going through my Recent Players tab, and I discovered that three of the players, all from differing games, all had Mute Text And Hero Comms checkmarked, and I definitely never checked that. And then, when I go to try to uncheck them, I am unable to.

When comparing to my brother’s account, who played the same games, he did not have these same players checkmarked, like I did.

What gives?

i have the exact same problem. i also noticed that theyre xbox players only?? really weird

If they have endorsement 0, that would explain it. If not, i have no clue.
