Player models not loading

In game after the Lunar new year event ended I have been having issues with player models not loading in for the first 2-4 minutes of the round as well as my crosshair and UI disappearing and reappearing throughout matches making it very difficult to play the game pls help

Repair your game through battlenet app.

Usually the top three reasons this happens:

  1. Game data is corrupted after incomplete patching (run repair).
  2. Hard drive is slow, dying, or has permissions blocking access to files.
  3. Connection is unstable (check for packet loss orange icons in top left).
