Trust me that’s a problem for Reinhardts on console too. Plenty of good fps players and xim users there. The trick is to be where the enemy least expects you to be and get kills before they can drop all your health. I had no trouble abusing the same tricks with reinhardt in low ranks when I tried pc OW a few times.
