I’d recommend doing the WinMTR and posting the results as they have requested so it can help with their investigation of what is going on.

It’s not just NA which has problems connecting to NA servers. Same happens from EU to NA.
I blocked everything else but ord1 via windows firewall, managed to get into ord1 but the ping is still over 250ms, sits around 290ms. Usually it’s around 150ms.

One could say that the device which does the routing in the Americas is funked up atm or the actual ord1 server is having some issues.

Have been getting crazy lag spikes and connections to servers that are way too laggy. Pretty sure it has been happening all of the afternoon at the least.

This is from southeastern Ontario Canada and somehow the game connects me to a Sao Paulo server in Brazil 54.240.244.21
