Is it only me, or you also have problems with new pinned threads system? I tried to pin Mercy Megathread, but even when I choose the “pin” action, after a while forums set it off for some reason.
I even was able to record that silliness.

Pretty sure your problem is when you scroll to the bottom of the entire thread, it’ll automagically unpin itself until it gets something new to read, be it a new comment or an edit in the OP or the like.
If this is the case, you can turn if off in your preference settings. Could also bookmark or Track the thread if you want to keep track of it as well.
That’s the case it didn’t. It stays as a normal thread, even if something new was written.
And again… I pinned the thread, it stayed pinned for a while, but when I read a new post in it, it instantly unpinned itself again.
I will concur that I am having the same issue.
Threads will not stay pinned regardless of whether or not I choose to re-pin them.
I tried pinning and leaving the page to keep it pinned and avoid this. It was at the top of the forum but next time i came back it was gone.
We will take a look at this. You can also use the Bookmark functionality to save threads to come back to at a later point.
Hello, Callie.
I’ve found a partial solution.
In account settings > preferences > interface unselect the “Automatically unpin topics when I reach the bottom.” option.
This will repin the topic when selected to do so.
However, this does not fully fix the issue, the thread will automatically unpin the next time you enter the thread requiring you to manually pin it again.
At least this will temporarily repin threads, but will require the user to repin them every time they enter the thread.
