Why did the developers have the need to lie regarding how pin avoid slots work? I constantly get pin avoided team mates. Overwatch team have serious integrity issues.

We need more avoid slots. WHATEVER IT TAKES FOR THEM TO STOP GIVING US GARBAGE TEAMS
On my team- I’ve avoided a DPS player who appeared on my same team directly afterwards
