"Pink" Mercy player icon not unlocking

Its very strange, I watched the stream for six hours, got all the sprays, but not the hour four icon. Is it this way for anyone else? Or do I need to send a ticket?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks~

SAME I have the 2 hour reward but I also have the 4 hour cure spray but i didn’t get the Pink icon. Blizzard Please fix it.

Same issue here. All content unlocked at all tiers, just not the “Pink” player icon.

Yeah me too , after watching for 4 hours i got spray but not player icon.

The exact same issue for me. I got all sprays but not the Icon. Appearently many people have this issue, so I’ll guess the developers will fix this.

it will probably be some time before the issues are addressed since it’s still the middle of the night for the people who will fix this for us.

Got the content for all the tiers unlocked except for the “Pink” player icon.

I also didn’t get it on my ps4, but I have the 4 hour spray. Haven’t checked if I’m missing it on PC too yet.
