I have purchased the pink Mercy skin through the blizzard store on my phone to have it on my ps4 i have my battle net linked on both and still no skin… anyone else having the same problem???
Have the same issue. Purchased the skin yesterday on the blizz store via phone. Skin is still locked on my xbox.
I have a pc account which I rarely use but the Xbox is my main account. Never had any issues unlocking items before (wow BFA in-game goodies).
Ok so its not just ps4 having the problem its both systems
Apparently they fixed it 4h ago and there was a patch. Skin is still locked though…

As noted, the Pink Mercy skin purchased on the Battle.net store is PC-only. To purchase for PlayStation 4 you need to go here.
