Ping spikes while playing

Hello guys
Hope someone can help, i started having ping spikes since about 2 weeks.
Pings raiging from 80 to 120 and making it impossible to play.
Any feedback? thanks.

You’ll need to provide a WinMTR test to demonstrate where the lag is happening in order for someone to give you any feedback on the situation.
