Ping Spikes/Packet Loss on EU servers

Hello!

Every 10-15 sec, my ping jumps up and down (60 - 80), and netgraph show me Loss IN -2%.

It started a week ago.

Just traceroute to 185.60.112.157

It looks like the response time is slowing down here, and then definitely slowing down at the Blizzard routing partners (along with some packet loss). I’d take these results and submit a ticket, but I wouldn’t hope for an actual solution, as they just work with those routing partners, they don’t own them.

I don’t think there is any problem on my ISP or retn.net. It’s not an isolated case, just look at some streams on EU. Their ping also jumps up and back down. It happens 3-4 times a minute.
