I’ve gone from getting 60ms average (which is just my internet) to a constant 140+ . It’s been the same for the past few days, but every other game is just fine. My internet connection sucks with only OW, any way I could fix that?

It looks like you’re using Frontier internet, so you are most likely experiencing the same issue that is mentioned in this thread:
[Mar 8] East Coast Frontier - Increased Latency
At the moment the only workaround would be to use a different connection, or like a mobile hotspot or VPN, which may get your latency back down. We are still investigating the cause and will update that thread when we know more.

The latency is high, because as mentioned in that thread, there seems to be some kind of issue between Blizzard and Level 3(Centurylink) starting a few days ago, which is affecting Frontier customers as a result. Blizzard is routing our return path(them to us) traffic to Paris, France, where it is then handed off finally to Level 3, who then brings it back to the US.
