Pin avoid system let me see something…

So there was this player who literally afk-ed on another hero because someone locked the hero they wanted. I mean literally just walked around outside of spawn except for a stray shot to stop the afk timer.

First pinned avoid I used. Reported, moved on.
I got the “action is taken” notif and I check to see their account as the days continued…

They’re just still playing comp as if nothing is happened. Did this pin avoid system just sort of expose that reports are hollow?

Is that the only person you reported?

I also didn’t know that you could see what people on your avoid list were doing.

If they have a profile set to public you can, just like any other player on your “recent players” list

It was the only one I had reported within the last couple days

Either way, something should happen to throwers. Otherwise I’m really losing faith in the report system.

Sometimes being “Actioned” is just a notification saying “hey… don’t do that anymore.”.

Guess that’s just the drawback of an automated system I guess. A human would have surely punished them but in the eyes on unverified reports, a “hey you’re on thin ice for a bit” make sense but just feels awful when the throwing was so egregious.
