This is such a horrible hero design, where heroes have super broken abilities, and the only thing you can do is to be master or grandmaster and know how to deal with that. 85% of players are below diamond, and if you are designing heroes with abilities that require “pick this, do this and do that” is just a horrible design.
For example:
Pharah and mercy require soo much concentration from lower rank players to shut them down, while the only thing pharah and mercy need to do is press left and right click and exist. It’s a horrible design and another example of, “just pick ana and shoot her and sleep mercy and nade her while she is in her flight.” You know how many consecutive shots you need to land on pharah with ana to kill her? 7! 7 shots without missing, and if you miss even 1, she is fully healed now, and even if you kill, she just gets insta rez. And remind me please, how many percent of players can land 7 shots in a row on a pocketed pharah (that will definitely react to your second shot and come kill you)? 10% and less.
It’s fine that one ability counters the other one, but countering someone’s existing by forcing a switch on yourself and begging your team to switch too or at least concentrate, creates so much unnecessary toxicity.

Ana’s nade is wiping 3-4 people at once, 'just go behind walls!!"
Hanzo is spamming one angle and getting 2 kills, 'JUST PICK REAPER AND GO BEHIND WALLS"
Widows are holding the game hostage, ‘’JUST TAKE 250 HP HERO LIKE REAPER AND GO BEHIND WALLS” (it’s funny how going behind walls is the best solution to all problems for these people, and somehow nobody does that. I guess we are just bad players and it’s all our fault).
Zen is solo melting the tank, "JUST TAKE 1 DIVE TANK AND 1 DIVE DPS AND ONE SUPPORT THAT CAN SUPPORT THE DIVE, THEN ENGAGE TOGETHER WHILE TANK EATS THE MOST DAMAGE AND THE DPS FINISHES THE BLOW WHILE KIRIKO NEEDS TO TELEPORT AND SUPPORT THE ENTIRE PROCESS AND MAKE SURE TO SUZU ANA’S NADE ON THE TANK SO THE TANK DOESNT GET MELTED. AND DONT FORGET YALL BRONZE. GL EXPLAINING THIS TO ALL YOUR TEAMMATES AND EXECUTING IT! SUCH AN EZ SOLUTION!
If you are designing a hero with a super powerful ability that requires you or the entire team to “pick this and do this and do that,” you are advocating for boring gameplay, like tanks have now when they cannot play whatever they want, and it’s always the enemy who chooses your “best pick.”
P.S people completely misunderstood what this thread is about and started to teach me how to play this game…
