Since the Overwatch servers are not the same as the servers for those other games, it’s likely your route to them (decided by your ISP) has changed. This is usually due to a hub being down for repairs or maintenance. You can confirm this by looking at a WinMTR test, like the one described in this thread: Common Technical Issues and Solutions
