Not really solution, idea, i had to write something on subject.
So, how about nerf Mercy’s GA that she cant ga to phara when her altitude is higher than 10 meters?
Just for phara, and keep eyes on Echo 
Out of everything that could’ve been proposed, this is straight up terrible
Only thing that really needs to happen is reduce the length of time pharah can stay airborne, before she is out of energy and make it so her fuel won’t recharge unless she is on the ground
More hitscan weapons will solve pharamercy without nerfing mercy GA or Pharah kit.

or mercy dies when she GA to anything above 10 meters to the ground. uhh… she afraid of heights
