Pharah needs a buff now, WP devs

Pharah getting OS by Hanzo random baobabs and 2 shots by every other characters of the game who have bigger projectiles since S9 is another one devs joke…
At the same time, she has to shot at least 2 direct hits + 1 AOE to kill any DPS/supports (if no support pocket them) because they nerfed concusive blast to 0 AOE dmg.

If you don’t have a Mercy to pocket you, you now just get recked by any heroes and struggle to do a solo kill, even supports like Baptiste, Illari, etc are better DPS than her.

Devs have to think about what they want her to do: Dive? Then give her more HP to survive (like Reaper or Venture) or reduce her Time To Kill (like Tracer). Spam? Then give her unlimited flight like before her rework or at least reduce drastically her cooldowns to escape.
Else she’s just a throw pick.

If that hanzo landed a headshot on a flying pharah, he deserved that kill. In fact, the game should have acknowledged that accomplishment by making that an automatic potg.

And so the boosted players dropping back to their deserved ranks begins.

Oh it definitely is.

What hero can two shot phara now that couldn’t two shot her before and also isn’t a projectile hero. Because projectile heroes will still have a hard time landing the two shot, I don’t see the issue

That’s easier to land two shots since S9 with the bigger size of projectiles, that’s why they buffed heroes HP

If you can’t play her anymore then go play tanks.

This community cannot stand Pharah being a good character.

The bias is rather sad.

While some characters are really strong/broken for way more than 2 seasons (hi Tracer, Echo, Winston, Sigma, Kiriko, Lucio)

“Pharah needs a buff”

No, she really doesn’t

Actually, I propose a different idea: we revert her to how she was before the rework, minus the infinite flight. Before anyone says anything, I actually considered Pharah to be my DPS main back then. I always played her like a ninja, to massive success. Hitscans were basically never even an issue for me because I knew how to approach, using angles, cover, and highgrounds. Actually, I tended to HUNT them. The only horizontal mobility I needed was the self-boop from Concussive Blast, which only worked against a solid surface, so positioning was even more important. And I never wanted or needed a Mercy pocket. Actually, I often told Mercies “no” if they immediately tried to glue themselves to me in spawn, partly for their own safety because of all my flanking

I actually stopped playing Pharah at some point after her rework because it just felt unfair. Also because it was mentally exhausting always having some random child on the enemy team immediately try to ego-mirror me, but with a Mercy holding their hand. I’m destroying their team on the ground while they’re following me around trying to shoot me out of the air with their rockets. And of course they lose because they’ve become so distracted doing nothing

They probably thought they could beat me because they’re having such an easy time against everyone else. Let’s go back to the times where they wouldn’t be feeling so emboldened

I think, if a character can fly for as long as she manages her abilities, she should be able to die fast. When you hit her, that damage should matter. Same for slippery characters like Genji and Tracer.

You have to understand, its bad because Pharah suffers and the enjoyment of any other character in the game is irrelevant. That’s unironically what OP must think.

aimbotting is praised now. Ok.

That’s what I said by talking about her TTK, Tracer and Genji can be killed fast but can also one clip or combo one shot. Pharah is now really easy to kill and has a bad TTK because they nerfed both her sustain (fly + HP) and her damage.

Oh no more people can actually kill Pharah, boo hoo.

PS Conc directs still damage.

Illari, I think is the only hitscan that can do this now which couldn’t before. I believe. Maybe wrong.

Conc direct still does enough damage to kill with two primary directs.

Yes 30 dmg with a direct hit. If you aren’t bad at the game, you will not waste this cooldown to try to do 30 damages but to boop enemies or to dash.

If it’s gonna kill a support or a DPS ulting or something, you better “waste” that cooldown and kill them.

hey wth

oh you got me there lol

So just wasting it in anecdotal cases. That clearly don’t answer her TTK problem.
