Pharah and Reaper Top Performing DPS

in mid may i got so much hate for saying ball, pharah and reaper are strong, but pharah is 58% winrate right now and reaper is 55%.

hitscans had multiple nerfs, why are we not caught up on that yet? inflicting dps passive for free is not as useful as you think it is.

I still believe Reaper is useless and I refuse to play him. Waste of time.

because reaper wasn’t strong mid-may. He was buffed on June 20th.

You are wrong though :stuck_out_tongue:

copium

and on june 20th he became stronger than tracer

Where are you getting these stats for Reaper? Certainly not overbuff.

You’re getting worse at trolling, somehow.

You’re so mad at how badly you lost that argument over reaper you’re still making threads to try and dig yourself out of that hole a month later. Wild.

new directors take from yesterday, right at the end;

Him being good in silver in may doesn’t make him actually good. He’s good now

thank you

im not the 1 who needs 4 other people to help me argue, i can beat you and all your little discord friends at the same time.

1 of you cant even survive some random who joins my threads and calls you out on your lies.

i have proof, wheres yours?

he was always good, the spread reduction doesnt mean anything substantive in gameplay. it only means that the casuals now accept him as good so started picking him up because the devs told them to.

If five people immediately disagree with you, take the hint

Kiddo, making threads to try and prove you were right a month after you lost an argument online is weird.

ill take the hint when you have proof.

i won a month ago, now the devs agree with me.

i have proof now because i saw the trend early as i actually play the game and all heros, not just the heros the meta forces me to play making me blind to actual balancing.

The devs don’t check the forums

Sorry, the devs saying Reaper is strong since the June 20th patch means you were right in saying Reaper was strong mid May and earlier?

Bless your heart.

Winrate is an irrelevant stat in a game that allows and encourages mirror picking.

The most overpowered heroes are also the ones with 50%~ winrate because they get mirrored every other match.

guy didnt respect my authority, so i got the devs to tell him for me.

yes, heros you think are weak and bottom of the totem pole dont shoot up to 2nd place with a small .5 buff to bloom.

kind of like the orisa/ hog/ mauga meta cycle where stuck in, whats meta now was strong last patch but gatekept.

They offer no context for any of those numbers. In what rank is he getting a 58% unmirrored winrate, and with what pickrate?

Yeah, winrate is a useless stat on its own.

Are we talking about bronze? Or is it a 1% pickrate case? What heroes are meta, does Reaper counter any of them?

He’s not in second place. He’s mid at best at high elos. He’s always been pretty good at low ranks. You don’t balance to QP or lower ranked stats.

That’s why you and I have a disconnect. You’re talking from what you see in your games.

I mean, they would be complaining about Soldier 76 being in every bronze-gold game if it was a honest attempt at a balance discussion of low ranks meta, which doesnt seem to be.
