When phara takes the flag she shouldn’t be able to fly, Hammond can’t roll and tracer can’t blink while taking the flag so why can phara fly? Just makes it all the more OP

There’s a few things they missed in the same respect. Hanzo/Genji can still wall climb, and McCree can use roll. Not to mention the stupidity of being able to allow Lucio’s speed boost to affect the flag carrier at all.

the same reason why pharah can fly when hacked by sombra yet no other hero can use their abilities

Pharah cannot fly when hacked…
The stupidest part is they specifically Lucio’s speed as something they were gonna disable in CTF when they first announced the new rule set and banned moves.
And yet somehow they never did anything about it.
I recall originally he was allowed to speedboost himself (or at leats use amp it up as well - dont remember the exact rules). I dont remember them ever mentioning that they’d disallow the speed aura to affect others though. If they did, shame on them for not following through. IMO it’s such a huge oversight. The moment someone picks up the flag they should just be insta locked to 5.5 move speed.
Amp it up and crossfade’s speed were both mentioned as disallowed. I don’t know how they would have actually worked out crossfade because it was never actually disallowed.
I’m assuming they were gonna do it by capping flag carrier speed and then changed their mind. But somehow the crossfade message still made onto the list they typed.
