Hello and welcome to my pep talk.
I want to officially asked to add T-pose as an emote in the game for every character.
something similar to the lounging, meditating or kneeling ones .
I think it’s really funny and I think it’s a popular idea and most importantly as far as my average player’s knowledge goes (nothing in the field of graphics design or game developing) it’s rather easy to add.
-The 2 reason i can think for not adding them are:
1- it’s funny because its rare. it’s 1 or 2 characters every season for like 2 weeks before getting patched. that’s why it goes viral, and its funny.
2- we know how detailed and artistic every character’s design are. meanings behind how their guns work, ease and way of reloading, etc.(Scraps for Roadhog, and the Magazine for soldier); and the emotes, represent the personality of the characters without using any words. → so, adding a T-pose is overlooking all these fine details about the character design for something trivial
P.S.: i love u devs, artists, designers and VAs. i wish i could watch documentaries of your thought processes; it is really really fun to watch those short and few interview with the VAs, sound and graphic designers and get to know whats going on in your heads. Kudos to all of you <3
