No matter what I key bind the perks function to, it doesn’t work. I tried keys, mouse buttons, nothing seems to work.

OMG I’m having the same issue. No matter what key bindings I remove to “give” to the perks, it doesn’t work. I have tried unbinding Y and U and L from everything and then have tried each one for the perks. Nothing works and it’s like the key bindings have ghosts of what they use to be (or the default is overwriting the new bindings?).
Ah, so there’s another thread on here that may help. Check to see if you have overrides for key bindings on specific heroes. This will cause issues when trying to bind the perks to “all heroes”. When you click the “change hero” button on the side, it will show you all the heroes; find the ones with yellow asterisks on their photo and manually add the new key binding for perks to each one.
